Blame and Control is a class that will unpack our natural tendency we were born with. How often do you look to someone else and believe if they only did...(fill in the blank) then I would be happy? Or.. If He or She would stop ( fill in the blank) I wouldn't be so angry? What about your many misunderstandings with family, or the kids, maybe in the workplace. How is it that your buttons just seem to be pushed so easily?
