· Meal plan!
· Schedule a week’s worth of meals, at least, to make it more stress free.

Shopping:
Though stores are selling out, they are restocking to the best of their ability. Costco has done a great job limiting staple items and keeping things in stock.

*Buy things that do not perish.

*Basic staple items to include in your food list:

High protein items
· Meats
· Peanut butter
· Beans
· Protein powder
· Canned tuna

High Fat
· Nuts
· Avocados -You can freeze avocados and guac!
· Oils

Bread
·Tortilla
· Refrigerate loaves of bread to make it last longer

Dairy
· Eggs
· Milk
· Yogurt
· Cheese

Frozen veggies like broccoli, kale, carrots, etc.

Frozen fruits like berries - buy bananas and freeze them yourself.

Staple carbohydrates
· Popcorn
· Oatmeal
· Pasta
· Quinoa
· Cereal – cheerios go far and are low in sugar
· Tortilla chips

 Snacks options
· Popcorn
· Dry cereal
· Hard boiled eggs
· Peanut butter balls
· Home baked muffins 
· Chips and salsa
· Cheese
· Fruit – frozen or regular
· Frozen peas
· Granola bars
· Carrots
· Yogurt
